cURL is a program that downloads files and stuff. It can print direct to your command prompt.
You can get information from CMD on any current Windows 10 system without any installs, ads or usage of a browser whatsoever. They use very little bandwidth and save a bit of time!
Crack open CMD and type curl. If it prints out curl: try 'curl --help' for more information you're set to go. If not you may be on an older Windows version. No problem, just go to the curl website and download an executable to use.
